These terms cover your use of promptwise.com.au and the free tools and content on it. In short: use the site in good faith, treat our free material as general information rather than advice, and know that any paid work is covered by its own agreement.

This website is run by Promptwise Advisory (ABN 77 109 774 783), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Promptwise Advisory, and “you” means anyone using the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
- Use the site for lawful purposes only, and don’t try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Don’t copy or scrape the site in bulk, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
- We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.
Our services
We offer fractional sales and marketing leadership, coaching, workshops, and custom builds delivered with trusted partners. Information about these services on this site is a summary only. Any work we do for you is governed by your separate proposal or agreement with us, which takes priority over these terms. For custom builds, the build partner’s own quote and agreement also apply.
Free tools and content are general information
Our guides, calculators, the Funnel Health Check, the AI Visibility Checker, the tool directory and other free content are general information only. They aren’t professional, financial, legal or tax advice, and they don’t take your specific circumstances into account. Please get advice that fits your situation before making decisions based on them. Tool prices and features change often, so check them with the provider.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, guides, tools, images, our logo and the Promptwise name, belongs to Promptwise Advisory or is used with permission. You’re welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please don’t republish, sell or reuse our content in bulk without our written permission. Other brand names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

Some links on our site are affiliate links: if you buy through them, Promptwise Advisory may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations and rankings are never paid for. See our privacy policy for more.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to websites, software and services run by other businesses. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Our apps and social media integrations
Promptwise Advisory operates its own apps, such as Promptwise Publisher, that connect to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. We use them only to publish and manage content on Promptwise Advisory’s own accounts.
- Use of those platforms is also subject to each platform’s own terms and policies.
- Users of YouTube features agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
- How we handle data from these platforms, and how to remove access or ask us to delete data, is explained in our privacy policy and its data deletion section.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or its free tools and content, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Liability for paid services is set out in your agreement with us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
